CLOCK provides the opportunity for anyone at any level to uncover the skills that they didn’t realise they had or at least hadn’t realised that skills developed in a family or non-formal learning context could be transferred to a work,self-employed or enterprise context.

Companies seeking to recruit someone for a job:

CLOCK provides the opportunity for a recruitment team to uncover the skills that applicants have so that they can match these directly to the role, their prospective work team and the business environment through a CLOCK Skills Discovery Workshop. Recruiters can witness applicants in groups of 5-7 facilitated by a CLOCK Sector Expert discussing the specific skills that they have applied in a customised or general context. It will be useful to see how effectively they listen to and respond to others as they tell stories of the skills they have applied in specific situations. You will never see these aspects of their potential contribution to the role on their CV or a traditional panel interview process.
